Soft Tissue Mobilization And Myofascial Release (Graston Technique):
Problems with the musculoskeletal system is one of the most common reasons patients seek healthcare. Up to this point it should be clear that everything is connected and the musculoskeletal system is just one major window into brain function. Regardless, adhesions and scar tissue have a tendency to develop within the soft tissue structures of the human body, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Our approach is to assess these soft tissue structures thoroughly with functional movement assessments to determine the most appropriate type of treatment. Treatment may include strengthening, improving range of motion, breaking up scar tissue/adhesions, or stabilizing a joint.
